Illustrator, painter, designer, programmer, musician, and craft beer lover from Midland, TX. I started off in my early teens drawing comic book characters, got into advanced placement art in high school and was opened up to all sorts of styles, techniques, and mediums. These days I primarily focus on digital paintings in oil and watercolor. I use ArtRage for most of my work as it gives a painterly look and the 'paint' feels like real world pigments. I also enjoy "real" oil painting, pen and ink, and colored pencils. Physical mediums are just less fun once you get used to Layers and Undo, haha! I have recently taken up screen printing though. I love that I get to design everythingn digitally, and then print those designs with a medium that you can touch and feel. I also love logo design and lettering and do that on occasion. A quick looks at my work will show that I love the human form. I'd rather paint portraits and anatomy than landscapes or inanimate objects. Except when I paint some flowers

I've been playing guitar since '95, I mostly play old school thrash, grindcore, hardcore, etc. I love cooking and for some reason tried to go vegan for awhile. Well sorta, I cooked vegan 5 days a week for 6 months or so. I really learned how to flavor my dishes since kale can't compare to the taste of bacon!
I've been coding since about '95 as well. I started off with web design which eventually led to server side stuff, which then led to applications and games I eventually got a degree in comp science and have been working in IT for the same company since 2005 and love it!
Programming languages I've learned:
HTML
Javascript, JQuery
CSS
PHP
C, C++ (rarely visit)
Java
Visual Basic
C# (love it!)
A bit of Android app design
and I still remember a bit of my unix stuff from when I swore I'd only use Linux for the rest of my life (2 years later I went back to Windows)
